Projects and Heavy Lift Transport Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily project cargo and heavy lift shipments by land, sea, and air, including loading operations and customer updates.
• Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to secure equipment, pricing, and schedules.
• Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain communication with customers.
• Support RFQs, rate requests, quotations, budgeting, costing, invoicing, cost booking, reporting, and final job closure.
• Maintain shipping documents, reports, permits, and compliance with safety, health, quality, legal, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience, including at least 5 years in the freight forwarding industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations.
• Knowledge of HSE standards in logistics.
• Good spoken and written English.
