Projects and Heavy Lift Transport Manager (Project Cargo)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily project cargo and heavy lift shipments by land, sea, and air.
• Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors on equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.
• Monitor cargo movements, resolve operational challenges, and provide customers with regular updates.
• Support RFQs, rate requests, quotations, budgeting, costing, invoicing, and final job closure.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in customer meetings with Sales or Management.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating project cargo and heavy lift transportation operations.
• Ability to manage shipping documents, reports, permits, and transportation plans.
• Knowledge of safety, health, quality, legal, and operational standards.
• Ability to coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors, overseas offices, Sales, and Management.
