In Stock Team Leader (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of In Stock Specialists.
• Monitor in-stock rates, inventory levels, stockout frequency, and other KPIs, taking corrective action when needed.
• Develop inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve product availability.
• Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment with procurement and merchandising teams.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, slow-moving stock, and stockout risks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory flows with warehousing, logistics, and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related operational role, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, team-building, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging inventory-management technologies.
