Outbound Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse tasks.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies.
• Monitor outbound processes, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze productivity and accuracy data, optimize processes and storage layouts, and improve space utilization.
• Train staff, enforce safety standards, and prevent operational risks.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, fulfillment, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing outbound warehouse operations and operational teams.
• Ability to coordinate picking, packing, order fulfillment, and parcel handovers.
• Ability to monitor operational performance and analyze productivity and accuracy data.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and staff training practices.
• Ability to collaborate across logistics and customer service functions.
