Intern (Procurement Analyst)

What you will do

• Support the implementation of corporate procurement tools and the activation of the new procurement platform.
• Transfer existing supplier and procurement data into the new corporate data flow.
• Update supplier master data in the ERP system and maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Upload supplier catalogues and ensure compliance with corporate and facility procurement policies.
• Support procurement documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and checklists.
• Identify implementation issues and coordinate with facility departments, local IT, global support services, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced proficiency with IT tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn digital tools.
