Inbound Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and motivate inbound associates to achieve daily performance and operational targets.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, sorting, and storage of incoming goods and materials.
• Monitor inbound workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Review performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Coordinate with outbound and inventory control teams, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role in inbound logistics.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
• Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to operational needs.
