Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: SF Bay Area

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding from kickoff through go-live across client websites.
• Integrate and validate analytics data pipelines using GA4, Segment, Amplitude, and custom data layers.
• Advise clients on metric selection and measurement setup.
• Diagnose integration issues, QA-test implementations, and resolve frontend performance problems including LCP and anti-flicker issues.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and coordinate between client developers and internal engineering.
• Manage multiple enterprise client workstreams while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role such as implementation engineering, technical account management, or post-sale solutions engineering.
• Strong frontend skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the ability to build and debug test variants.
• Experience with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, Heap, or similar analytics platforms.
• Practical experience debugging LCP constraints, anti-flicker implementations, SSR environments, and tag management issues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or similar experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Exposure to Shopify or headless commerce environments.
• Interest in AI-powered experimentation and autonomous agents.
