AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote from the United States; home office in California. Travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events is required.

Salary: $100,000–$250,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary AI infrastructure subject matter expert for NVIDIA DGX and compatible OEM platforms.
• Assess customer requirements through discovery sessions, workshops, and technical consultations.
• Design scalable AI data center solutions covering servers, GPUs, storage, networking, power, and cooling.
• Create accurate bills of materials and perform cost, sizing, and performance analysis.
• Deliver technical presentations, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and product training.
• Support sales cycles through customer meetings, RFPs/RFIs, technical consultations, and solution pipeline development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting focused on data center infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with NVIDIA DGX systems, GPU technologies such as CUDA and NCCL, and AI data center platforms.
• Hands-on experience with OEM AI server platforms and AI-optimized configurations.
• Strong knowledge of data center servers, NVMe storage, InfiniBand and Ethernet networking, power, and cooling systems.
• Experience creating BOMs, sizing AI infrastructure, and evaluating cost and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• NVIDIA DGX or relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Kubernetes for AI.
• Experience with cloud-hybrid AI deployments or large-scale data center projects.
• Knowledge of AI Factory concepts, NCPs, and AI cloud providers.
