People Operations Manager

Salary: $175,000–$210,223 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Manage and improve the HRIS and People systems, with Rippling experience preferred.
• Build scalable People processes that reduce manual work and support company growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, IT, and other business leaders.
• Oversee performance reviews, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and compliance training.
• Use People data and metrics to identify trends, improve programs, and support business decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related HR generalist role.
• Hands-on experience owning an HRIS and related People technology.
• Experience building People infrastructure from the ground up and working independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and federal and multi-state compliance requirements.
• Excellent process and project management skills, strong judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills for supporting employees at all levels.
