What you will do

• Advocate for and integrate AI tools and capabilities into the engineering team's testing workflow.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for SaaS products.
• Mentor and train other team members on automation, quality practices, and principles.
• Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, effort estimates, and task breakdowns.
• Assess and raise risks across the entire hirify.global solution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deploy new features.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in software engineering development, test, or QA roles.
• Proven track record using AI-powered software testing tools (e.g., Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, TestComplete).
• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Proficiency in programming, ideally JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Deep knowledge of risk scenarios including functional, boundary, load, stress, and performance testing.
• Eligibility for US-based benefits (401k, HSA, FSA).

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
