QA Engineer III (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $40–$52 per hour, with eligibility for variable pay.

hirify.global develops cloud-based, AI-powered dental practice management, imaging, and revenue cycle automation software for dental offices and multi-location groups.

What you will do

• Advocate for AI tools and capabilities within the engineering team.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for SaaS products.
• Mentor and train team members on automation, quality practices, and testing principles.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, estimation, task breakdowns, and team discussions.
• Assess product risks and improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deploy new features.

Requirements

• 5–7 or more years of experience in software engineering, testing, or QA.
• Experience with AI-powered software testing tools such as Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, TestComplete, UI-TARS, Midscene, or Puppeteer.
• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up; Playwright is preferred.
• Programming experience, ideally with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or C#.
• Knowledge of test case management and risk-based testing, including functional, boundary, acceptance, load, stress, performance, and HA/DR testing.
• Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, and cross-functional engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
