Senior Staff Design Verification Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, onsite at the Santa Clara, California headquarters 3 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$265,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Develop and implement ASIC-SoC design verification environments and tests.
• Support the complete SoC verification cycle from architecture through tape-out and bring-up.
• Debug complex hardware designs using SystemVerilog and established verification methodologies.
• Apply constrained-random verification, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification.
• Lead multiple SoC verification environment and tape-out efforts.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 12+ years of industry experience, or an MS with 7+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on ASIC-SoC design verification and debug experience.
• Strong experience with SystemVerilog, including randomization constraints, coverage, and assertions.
• Knowledge of UVM, OVM, or VMM verification methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in AI hardware.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara 3 days per week as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with C/C++ and SystemC.
• Experience leading multiple SoC verification environments and tape-out efforts.
