Staff Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + target bonus of 10%

What you will do

• Design and deploy fullstack features using React/TypeScript, .NET services, and Python data pipelines.
• Implement agentic AI coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code) to increase team throughput and quality.
• Develop LLM-backed product features for data extraction, classification, and summarization from unstructured records.
• Collaborate on cloud-native, service-oriented APIs and components on AWS.
• Champion quality engineering practices, including automated unit, integration, and e2e testing.
• Provide technical mentorship and define best practices for the adoption and governance of AI tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated depth across the full stack.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern server-side languages (e.g., .NET).
• Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion and automation.
• Proven experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Practical experience building LLM features, including prompt design and retrieval strategies.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (company uses E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or lead/referral management systems.
• Expertise in large-scale web scraping and third-party data acquisition.
• Knowledge of entity resolution and master data management.
• Healthcare domain experience (NPPES, HIPAA awareness).
• Experience building internal developer tooling or MCP servers.
