Location: Hawthorne, California, United States. Work 4-5 days per week out of office in Hawthorne, California (#LI-onsite)

Salary Range: $110,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Support system integration and testing to transition products from assembly to deployment readiness
• Conduct integration, verification, and testing in lab or field environments to ensure specification compliance
• Debug, trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic, and software systems
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans, procedures, and test benches for efficient technician handoff
• Identify, setup, and program tools and equipment required for integration and test
• Collaborate with lead systems engineer and team to understand system capabilities and limitations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent work experience
• Experience in technical role in manufacturing, engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated integration & test experience or troubleshooting complex systems
• Familiarity with RF test equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Systems engineering experience with RF systems
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, or C++
• Experience with signal processing and/or data analysis
