Marketing Program Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - US; 100% remote from home with semi-frequent local and national travel to professional office settings and events.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Project-manage multi-channel marketing programs, including third-party webinars, digital sponsorships, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows across Marketing, Sales, and broader GTM teams.
• Support integrated campaign execution with product, field, technical marketing, and marketing operations.
• Partner with Cubic Squared to streamline task quality and timelines.
• Deliver program reporting and insights to improve audience, messaging, channel performance, engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, AI-forward, and focused on measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
