Commercial Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland

What you will do

• Drive performance analysis and growth initiatives across a portfolio of gaming brands.
• Transform complex performance data into commercial strategies, recommendations, and business actions.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Build analytical frameworks, standardize best practices, and improve knowledge sharing across the commercial team.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align brand strategies with company goals.
• Present clear data-driven narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a commercial or business analyst role, shaping strategy through data.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or another major data visualization platform.
• Understanding of the gaming industry, consumer behavior, market dynamics, and Free-to-Play or social casino metrics.
• Ability to create analytical frameworks and communicate findings in executive summaries and live presentations.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.
• Experience applying advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies to commercial problems.
