What you will do
- Drive performance analysis across a portfolio of gaming brands and identify initiatives that improve growth and efficiency.
- Transform complex performance data into strategic recommendations for marketing, product, and operations.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Build analytical frameworks, standardize best practices, and strengthen knowledge sharing across the commercial team.
- Present clear data narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging analytical methods and technologies for commercial intelligence.
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial or business analyst role with a track record of shaping strategy through data.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and proficiency with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or an equivalent data visualization platform.
- Experience building knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks within a team.
- Understanding of gaming industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and metrics relevant to free-to-play or social casino products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive summaries and presentations to senior leadership.
- A proactive, solutions-first approach suited to a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Python or a similar programming language for advanced analytical work.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.
- Experience applying advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies to commercial problems.
