Junior Market Research Analyst (Social Casino)

What you will do

• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver research addressing business questions.
• Support research design by defining objectives, methodologies, audiences, and sample plans.
• Build and deploy surveys using MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, and concept testing.
• Recruit participants, prepare research materials, and support prototype and concept testing.
• Maintain competitor intelligence and track market launches, positioning, and product changes.
• Organise player feedback and turn findings into reports, dashboards, and insight memos.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in research, analytics, insights, or a related field, including academic projects or internships.
• Curiosity about consumer and player behaviour and the ability to identify meaningful conclusions from data.
• Strong foundations in data cleaning, spreadsheets, and analytical thinking.
• High attention to detail in trackers and research documentation.
• Clear written and spoken English at a professional working level, with the ability to present findings to mixed audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research workflows.

Nice to have

• Exposure to R, SPSS, Python, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, UserTesting, or similar research tools.
