Senior Web Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California or Bellevue, Washington, with in-office collaboration three days per week.

Salary: $120,000–$190,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the hirify.global.ai marketing website, ensuring fast, stable, scalable, and visually polished pages.
• Translate Figma designs and high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive production interfaces in collaboration with the design team.
• Develop and maintain reusable Contentful components, content models, and sections aligned with design system standards.
• Own build and deployment automation for the web CI/CD pipeline using Docker, Azure Pipelines, and Cloud Run.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on the Web Agent roadmap using insights from the marketing website.
• Improve performance, accessibility, SEO, conversion, code quality, styling systems, and Next.js Server Component adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack web applications.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills.
• Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience building or integrating with Contentful or a similar headless CMS.
• Ability to turn high-level requirements into detailed execution plans and partner with Product and Growth teams.
