Forward Deployed Engineers (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm

Salary: $180K–$240K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI infrastructure platform for production workloads, including a serverless platform for leading AI companies and foundation labs.

What you will do

• Architect and deploy massive-scale production workloads on hirify.global for leading AI companies.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture sessions with prospective and existing customers.
• Design migration paths from AWS, GCP, and Azure to hirify.global's serverless platform.
• Work across cloud architecture, networking, storage, containerization, and sandboxing.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams as an engineer and product stakeholder.
• Conduct technical demos, experiments, and proofs of concept for customer infrastructure use cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture, data pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain architectural tradeoffs to infrastructure teams and technical leadership.
• Genuine interest in working directly with customers on complex technical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large-scale migration efforts.
• Open-source contributions or notable side projects.
