AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build and extend a context-learning library that turns customer-informed problems into reusable platform capabilities.
• Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept through production.
• Develop autonomous knowledge-management agents that edit, update, and maintain large knowledge bases.
• Build evaluation frameworks, confidence scoring, and escalation logic for reliable human-in-the-loop automation.
• Architect asynchronous, scalable systems for complex AI orchestration.
• Contribute to AI strategy and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience building complex, production LLM-based systems and shipping meaningful products.
• Experience with agents, autonomous systems, or multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop feedback, prompt optimization, or context engineering.
• Ability to work comfortably across research papers and production code.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical work to teammates and customers.
