Clinical Expert, Onco-Immunology

What you will do

• Support clinical strategy for digital twin and data generation programs, including prioritization of diseases, tissues, drug classes, modalities, endpoints, and patient-level annotations.
• Identify clinically relevant applications such as response and toxicity prediction, biomarker discovery, indication expansion, and trial enrichment.
• Review model outputs and scientific results, translating model behavior into clinically credible narratives for pharmaceutical, key opinion leader, and regulatory audiences.
• Build connections with academic investigators and advise on retrospective and prospective clinical research partnerships.
• Support engagement with pharmaceutical R&D teams and advise on model claims for translational medicine and clinical development.

Requirements

• MD/PhD with active or recent Principal Investigator experience designing and analyzing clinical studies.
• Deep onco-immunology expertise, including immuno-oncology mechanisms, response and resistance biology, tumor microenvironment biology, combinations, and pharmaceutical pipelines.
• Experience with translational endpoints, biomarker sub-studies, or multimodal clinical cohorts.
• Working understanding of and genuine interest in machine learning and foundation models applied to pathology, transcriptomics, and multimodal data integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across scientific, clinical, and external stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Pharma R&D experience or substantive pharmaceutical collaboration history.
• Academic or hospital network in onco-immunology.
• Familiarity with machine learning or foundation models in pathology, transcriptomics, or multimodal biology.
