What you will do
- Review and validate AI-abstracted clinical data against medical records, including diagnosis, staging, biomarkers, treatment history, laboratory results, and imaging findings.
- Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Perform clinical quality assurance within the human-in-the-loop review process and identify abstraction errors, edge cases, and misinterpretations.
- Apply oncology and hematology knowledge to assess treatment history, sequencing, biomarkers, comorbidities, and staging considerations.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering on referral-to-enrollment workflows and improvements to AI-driven matching.
- Document clinical and quality assurance findings clearly for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Working knowledge of and genuine interest in oncology and/or hematology.
- Ability to interpret EHR data, pathology and imaging reports, laboratory results, and treatment histories.
- Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Interest in applying AI and machine learning to healthcare.
- Ability to work remotely from Colombia.

- Exposure to pharma-sponsored clinical trials.
- Experience evaluating clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Experience supporting clinical trial recruitment or patient screening.
- Familiarity with clinical data management or clinical research workflows.
- Interest in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Management, or related areas.
