Lifestyle Expert - German Speaking (Freelance)

What you will do

• Deliver planned and on-demand video consultations, usually lasting 25 minutes.
• Help clients define clear, actionable goals related to lifestyle and everyday well-being.
• Provide evidence-based guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle medicine without diagnosing.
• Support clients in developing skills and autonomy so they can continue their progress independently.
• Contribute to public presentations and write articles about lifestyle and well-being.
• Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills for written, spoken, and consultation-based communication.
• A BA or MSc degree in a relevant applied-sciences field, such as lifestyle medicine, dietetics, or nutrition.
• At least four years of experience working with individuals or groups after completing a BA.
• Knowledge of evidence-based lifestyle medicine interventions and the positive health framework.
• Experience in lifestyle coaching, with a concise, solution-oriented, and coaching-focused approach.
• A computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma 14 with antivirus software enabled.
