Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA (3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from zero to shipped.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to prototype smarter and move faster.
• Build independently, including prototypes, working flows, and production-ready work.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ship high-impact features.
• Raise the bar on design craft and usability for enterprise customers.
• Mentor other designers to foster an AI-native design culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven daily use of AI tools in professional design workflows.
• Strong instincts for product usability and experience in fast-moving environments.
• Figma fluency and ability to adapt to changing roadmaps.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• B2B/SaaS product experience.
• Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS) or vibe-coding capabilities.
• Experience designing AI-specific products or workflows.
