Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Build and deploy tailored AI-powered solutions by translating customer knowledge and requirements into scalable workflows and integrations.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom configurations, integrations, and features while maintaining platform integrity.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and shape new product capabilities.
• Support customer calls and demos, educate users, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve the product and deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
• Strong ability to use AI tools and apply technology to scale impact.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in defense acquisitions and program management, including DoD procurement processes, FAR/DFARS regulations, and defense program lifecycle management.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with government or defense-sector clients.
• Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, or NIST 800-171 compliance frameworks.
