What you will do

• Own the technical success of enterprise deployments from evaluation through implementation, launch, and expansion.
• Analyze customer systems, integrations, identity architecture, security requirements, network constraints, and deployment tradeoffs.
• Build and configure AI-powered workflows across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Diagnose ambiguous issues across product, integrations, infrastructure, and configuration layers.
• Ship fixes, product changes, scripts, and technical workarounds to unblock strategic customers.
• Bring deployment patterns, edge cases, and customer needs back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing code, shipping production systems, and solving complex problems directly with customers.
• Strong technical understanding of systems, integrations, APIs, identity, networking, infrastructure, and AI product behavior.
• Ability to move between customer conversations, technical investigation, workflow design, and hands-on implementation.
• Strong judgment when explaining technical tradeoffs to operators, technical teams, and executives.
• High ownership, speed, autonomy, and willingness to build whatever is needed to deliver successful customer deployments.
• Passion for building high-quality product experiences and rejecting insufficient solutions.
