Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $160,000–$210,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Translate enterprise business needs into scalable technical architectures and facilitate technical workshops with customers.
• Design, prototype, and deliver GenAI applications, custom agents, workflows, and reusable components.
• Propose solution architectures during sales cycles, secure customer sign-off, and implement the agreed solutions.
• Develop integrations with CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360.
• Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment across multiple customer engagements.
• Document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and technical best practices; share learnings, mentor engineers, and present demos and case studies.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing enterprise solution architectures and delivering them through technical implementation.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build trust with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to engineers and executives and producing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Experience with content management systems, digital asset management, marketing automation, and creative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini; diffusion models including Stable Diffusion and DALL·E; and multimodal AI for text, images, video, and audio.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization, and hallucination mitigation, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
