Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI Observability)

Location: Palo Alto (Hybrid)

Salary: $155,000 - $195,000 + equity + benefits (Bay Area); $130,000 - $170,000 + equity + benefits (Other Locations)

What you will do

• Evolve messaging and positioning strategy for AI Observability across C-level, technical, and practitioner audiences.
• Craft narratives that connect technical depth with business outcomes and differentiate offerings from competitors.
• Influence product roadmap and strategy using customer, competitive, and market perspectives.
• Build scalable enablement programs for sales and solutions engineering.
• Deliver pitch materials, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks.
• Lead market analysis and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape with field playbooks.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering, including 3+ years in a senior or strategic role.
• Deep background in AI observability, APM, or developer tools.
• Proven success driving PMM strategy for technical products into the enterprise at high-growth SaaS companies.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-level and technical decision makers.
• Ability to connect technical detail to business value in a clear, compelling way.
• Hybrid role with at least 2 days a week (likely 3rd day in the future) at the Palo Alto office.
