Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in the US or Raleigh, NC

Salary: $138,000–$156,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the technical narrative by translating complex platform capabilities into clear positioning for technical buyers.
• Produce technical content including solution briefs, reference architectures, whitepapers, and benchmark validations.
• Develop and maintain compelling product demos and proof-of-concept assets.
• Drive competitive intelligence by performing technical teardowns of competing databases.
• Equip Sales and Sales Engineering teams with technical assets, talk tracks, and training.
• Represent the company as a technical spokesperson in webinars, conferences, and developer communities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical product marketing, developer relations, or sales engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of databases (NoSQL/SQL), distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record of building demos and technical content that engages technical audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and executive levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global, MongoDB, or other document databases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience marketing to developers and building technical communities.
