What you will do

• Own growth strategy across paid, organic, brand, and product-led channels
• Scale inbound demand via performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and viral campaigns
• Optimize conversion funnels across web, product, and sales hand-off
• Design onboarding flows and in-product upsell for product-led growth
• Build brand and community presence on social platforms
• Develop analytics dashboards and run continuous growth experiments

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco or New York
• 2+ years experience in growth or marketing roles
• Creative thinker with strong ownership and grit
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from zero
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with leadership
