Director of User Acquisition (AI)

Location: Hybrid at the Seattle HQ; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.
• Lead creative strategy, high-volume ad testing, iteration, and performance optimization.
• Build and manage an in-house user acquisition function and reduce reliance on agencies.
• Develop attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Identify and develop acquisition channels such as affiliate, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering to optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, targeting, bidding, and campaign structures.

Requirements

• Proven experience running and scaling paid acquisition across multiple apps or products.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and familiarity with Google, affiliate, and other acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical skills, including building attribution models and interpreting complex datasets.
• Experience leading creative-driven growth strategies beyond media buying.
• Experience managing high advertising spend and scaling efficiently through continuous experimentation.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required.
