Focus on delivering scientific education, gathering market insights, supporting market access initiatives, and coordinating Medical Affairs projects across global regions.
Location: Remote - International; field-based role focused approximately 80% on Mexico and Latin America, with travel of up to 70% across Mexico and LATAM and additional travel to global regions as needed.

What you will do
- Act as the scientific subject matter expert for oncology, molecular diagnostics, diagnostic assays, and clinical utility data in Mexico and LATAM.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, researchers, healthcare professionals, payors, insurers, distribution partners, and clinical decision-makers.
- Provide scientific, clinical, and health-economic support for market access and reimbursement activities.
- Deliver compliant scientific education through grand rounds, advisory meetings, tumor boards, payer and HTA presentations, and other educational events.
- Gather market insights on adoption barriers, reimbursement challenges, unmet educational needs, and emerging testing trends.
- Support global Medical Affairs projects and collaborate with commercial, market access, distribution, and US-based Medical teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of MSL experience in diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceuticals, ideally in oncology or molecular diagnostics.
- Experience with LATAM markets, market access, reimbursement, or payer-facing activities.
- Strong knowledge of molecular oncology, comprehensive genomic profiling, tumor evolution, and targeted therapies.
- Understanding of regional healthcare, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical trial, and Medical Affairs compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex genomic and scientific data to clinical, payer, and internal audiences.
- Spanish fluency at native or professional level and English fluency are required. An advanced scientific or medical degree such as PhD, PharmD, MD, MSN, BSN, or equivalent is required.
