Medical Manager Onco-Hematología

What you will do

• Provide medical and scientific advice to internal teams, healthcare professionals, investigators, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Align medical strategies with the Medical Lead and support oncology medical colleagues in disseminating clinical research data.
• Review promotional, educational, training, clinical, regulatory, and pharmacoeconomic materials for scientific accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare and support clinical plans, protocols, study reports, abstracts, manuscripts, advisory boards, and educational symposia.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, medical associations, and health organizations.
• Respond to medical information inquiries, review literature for adverse events and product complaints, and escalate safety or quality information according to procedures.

Requirements

• Medical degree; a medical specialty is desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical advising positions.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business, medical information, regulatory procedures, and the Colombian regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of the PhRMA Code, promotional practices, local regulations, copyright guidelines, and medical databases.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, networking, customer focus, integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
