Staff Product Engineer - Full Stack

Location: Houston, TX, or Remote (U.S.)

Salary: $260,000–$320,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the architecture and roadmap for the customer-facing web platform.
• Build scalable frameworks, component libraries, and design systems.
• Translate complex AI and telemetry data into intuitive user experiences.
• Establish engineering standards for testing, accessibility, performance, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of web development or product engineering experience.
• Balanced frontend and backend experience.
• Experience owning customer-facing web platforms through large-scale growth and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript interfaces, plus Python backend services.
• Experience taking digital products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
• Staff-level or founding-level experience.
