Location: Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, BA22 8RT, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with up to 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Analyze website data and performance reports to identify opportunities to improve online product information.
• Update and enhance product descriptions with AI, ensuring content is clear, accurate, consistent, and easy to find.
• Source and manage product images, videos, and other digital assets for engaging product pages.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to improve content quality and process efficiency.
• Track the results of content updates and apply insights to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Trading, Digital, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver content aligned with commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Ability to understand reports and data and identify content performance improvements.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing product data, copy, and images.
• Understanding of how visual content can influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
• Initiative, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
