What you will do

• Lead the Travel vertical and define its editorial identity for video-focused content.
• Implement a commercial strategy aligned with hirify.global News' overall objectives to drive revenue and growth.
• Commission and produce a diverse mix of travel journalism, including long-form storytelling and analysis.
• Develop commercially viable partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content formats while maintaining editorial integrity.
• Collaborate with product, audience, and commercial teams to align content output with engagement targets.
• Optimize content for digital-first and emerging video formats to maximize reach across platforms.

Requirements

• Strong editorial judgement and deep understanding of travel audiences to deliver agenda-setting content.
• Experience operating at the intersection of editorial value and commercial revenue opportunities.
• Leadership capability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across video, audio, and social formats.
• Advanced commissioning and production skills for complex multi-platform output.
• Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders across editorial, commercial, and product functions.
