What you will do

• Build, coach, and develop engineers and architects into high-performing, client-facing consultative professionals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, managing outcomes, risks, escalations, and stakeholder relationships.
• Guide architecture, solution design, and adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, AI, and Generative AI practices.
• Partner with clients to define problems, shape solutions, and connect engineering decisions to measurable business outcomes.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, scoping, statements of work, practice development, and staffing strategy.
• Manage team capacity, utilization, skills development, certifications, and career progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Hands-on full-stack expertise with technologies such as Java, C#, Python, Node, React, or Angular, plus SQL, Spark, or Databricks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; microservices, containers, serverless, and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and GenAI applications involving RAG, agents, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Strong consultative communication, people leadership, conflict management, client workshop facilitation, and Agile delivery experience.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience with distributed or global teams.
• Data engineering or cross-domain solution delivery experience.
• Responsible-AI experience covering model risk, data privacy, evaluation, and AI governance.
• Cloud, Agile, Product Ownership, or Solution Architect certifications.
• Pre-sales, solutioning, or statement-of-work scoping experience.
