What you will do

• Support the Commercial team with actionable insights and performance analysis to drive decision-making.
• Review and optimize client acquisition and rewards programs across supply and demand sides.
• Standardize methodologies for client referral programs to ensure measurable impact.
• Analyze the customer acquisition journey and implement a unified client lifecycle framework.
• Develop and manage the company-wide rollout of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide global sales projections and prepare quarterly sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or commercial analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• English: Advanced (C1) level required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent (C1) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with commercial or sales teams in medium to large organizations.
• Industry experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital technology.
