What you will do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue performance reports with accurate data, visualizations, and management commentary.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results across countries, customer segments, products, volumes, pricing, and fees.
• Maintain revenue datasets, recurring models, and reporting files, including reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, pricing analysis, and evaluations of customer and product profitability.
• Monitor dashboards and market trends, identify anomalies and opportunities, and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, BI, and Data teams to improve reporting, data quality, automation, and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in commercial, financial, revenue, or business analysis; strong internships or relevant graduate experience are also considered.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, LOOKUPs or INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data cleaning, and work with large datasets.
• Good PowerPoint skills and the ability to present analysis clearly through structured presentations and concise commentary.
• Fluent professional English required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and disciplined reconciliation and version-control practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic without employer sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or another business intelligence tool.
• Experience with revenue, pricing, forecasting, payments, mobility, fuel, EV charging, or recurring B2B business models.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Sales, Product, or senior management stakeholders.
