What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for an AI-powered HR transformation and fully AI-built HR technology landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI HR specialists, including HRIS AI Architects and Vibecoders.
• Translate C-Level priorities into an actionable AI-driven HR roadmap.
• Drive the adoption of AI-first methodologies, large language models, and Vibecoding across HR technology.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, and senior leadership to deliver the AI HRIS program on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Monitor emerging AI capabilities and evolve the HR technology strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience at the intersection of HR and technology.
• Proven experience driving large-scale HR system transformations in complex, international organizations.
• Ability to define and execute long-term technology strategies, ideally with exposure to AI-driven product or platform development.
• Fluency in large language models, Vibecoding platforms, and modern HRIS ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in HR processes, people data, and workforce management.
• Strong C-Level communication and hands-on leadership skills.
