hirify.global is hiring for its Engineering Division to support the Firm’s trading platforms.

What you will do

• Work with business and operational users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, architect, test, and implement complex solutions involving backend infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise technology integrations.
• Develop product roadmaps, track project changes, and communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers to assess designs against technical constraints and lead user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support, implement critical bug fixes, and assist with incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage product lifecycles with external vendors, including feature requests and roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years of relevant experience.
• Experience across the complete product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, QA testing, and production release.
• Experience designing and developing secure systems using web components, Apex, RESTful web services, Java, object-oriented programming, and JavaScript.
• Experience using SOQL queries and database tools such as Data Loader to debug errors.
• Experience developing process automation with orchestration tools such as Gradle, Maven, Git, Subversion, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Experience with Java, Python, Spring, AngularJS, React, BPMNs, RESTful web services, Elastic Search, Graph and DB2 databases, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, and Figma.
