People Product Specialist (AI)

Location: Barcelona; remote work within the EU

What you will do

• Build and improve tools and processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, internal mobility, promotions, engagement surveys, and offboarding.
• Design and run employee surveys and feedback loops, gather qualitative input, and translate insights into concrete improvements.
• Build internal automations with Google Apps Script and n8n, connecting Slack, Notion, and HR systems.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to prototype, test, and launch people products and end-to-end process automations.
• Own workflow configuration and data quality as processes evolve.
• Maintain useful and current Notion documentation for managers and the HR team.

Requirements

• Product mindset focused on understanding why processes exist and how they feel for employees.
• Ability to interpret data and feedback, identify patterns, and use insights to improve processes.
• Hands-on experience taking an idea from concept to a working product, including AI-assisted development.
• Experience building and maintaining real automations with Google Apps Script and n8n.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience designing employee feedback loops, pulse checks, surveys, and structured feedback collection.
