Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Location: Predominantly remote within the United States, with potential for future in-person consultations; Washington PMHNP licensure required

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually, plus commission opportunities

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments covering mental health, medical history, and risk factors.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Use evidence-based protocols, objective diagnostic tools, and novel therapeutic techniques to support responsible prescribing and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other mental health and medical professionals through consultations and peer case reviews.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through telehealth.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Washington
• ANCC board certification as a PMHNP.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least one year of professional PMHNP experience.
• Commitment to a minimum one-year tenure.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, medication management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with comfort using telehealth and electronic health record systems.
