Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in person five days per week. Full visa sponsorship and international relocation support are available.

Salary: $100,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build infrastructure for sophisticated multi-agent AI systems.
• Develop systems that automate complex workflows and decision-making across multiple modalities.
• Design and implement technically difficult systems for production-scale enterprise use.
• Deliver measurable impact while taking substantial ownership of engineering problems.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and AI researchers in a small, high-performing team.

Requirements

• Exceptional technical ability and strong intellectual problem-solving skills.
• Evidence of building difficult systems and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience in high-bar technology companies, quantitative trading firms, AI organizations, ambitious startups, or comparable environments.
• Strong academic, research, competitive programming, open-source, patent, or technically ambitious project achievements are valued.
• Willingness to work in San Francisco in person five days per week.
