AI Finance Systems Builder

Location: South Africa; remote or based in any of hirify.global's operating markets

What you will do

• Deploy Claude or comparable AI systems in real finance and accounting processes.
• Deepen the integration between Claude, Microsoft Dynamics, and Anaplan.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows that replace manual reconciliation and reporting work.
• Investigate discrepancies between finance systems and maintain data integrity across the finance stack.
• Partner with finance and engineering teams to improve close processes and coach finance users on safe AI adoption.
• Mine, structure, and follow up on data for internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience deploying Claude or a comparable AI system in a real business context.
• Experience with prompt design, workflow automation, API integration, and production-ready AI artefacts.
• Technical ability to understand data models and trial balances, together with strong learning aptitude.
• Ability to apply AI and engineering thinking to complex financial and accounting scenarios.
• Practical knowledge of audit processes, including data preparation and remediation of findings.
