Microsoft Business Central Implementation and Support Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: 100% remote; work anywhere. Flexible schedule with an official workday starting between 8 AM and 11 AM and ending between 5 PM and 8 PM in the employee's local time. Occasional work outside typical hours and availability for cross-time-zone meetings may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across a multi-entity, multi-currency finance and procurement environment.
• Configure general ledger, chart of accounts, accounts payable and receivable, dimensions, and legal entities across the US, Europe, and Australia.
• Design practical procurement workflows, vendor onboarding controls, purchase processes, invoice automation, three-way matching, and budget visibility using native functionality, workflow customization, or ISV add-ons.
• Implement recurring and subscription billing, including deferred revenue scheduling under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, renewals, upgrades, and credit notes.
• Set up financial reporting, consolidated reporting, and integrations with tools such as Power BI, Jet Reports, Jira, HubSpot, and banking feeds.
• Provide post-go-live support, iterate on the solution, and document configuration decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering Business Central implementations end to end, not only configuration.
• Experience resolving Business Central procurement limitations through workflow customization or ISV add-ons.
• Experience implementing subscription and recurring billing in Business Central through an ISV solution or custom configuration.
• Strong understanding of multi-currency and multi-entity financial operations.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and work independently with milestone-based deliverables.
• Direct, hands-on implementation experience is required; agency or sales-led partner delivery is not applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Jet Reports.
• Experience integrating Business Central with Jira, HubSpot, banking feeds, or similar systems.
• Experience with subscription modules and billing platforms.
