What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform enterprise solutions.
• Deliver new functionalities, workflow automation, and business process improvements aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Azure Integration Engineers on end-to-end business process integrations using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and other Azure services.
• Support DevOps activities including Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, code reviews, and release management.
• Provide senior technical leadership, troubleshooting complex application and integration issues, and mentoring team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with fully remote work.
• Proven senior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, custom plugins, workflows, and integrations following Microsoft best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
• Background in managed services or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Azure Functions and cloud-native development practices.
