Senior Dynamics Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: 100% remote, limited to candidates residing in the continental United States; U.S. citizenship is required. Government/Public Trust clearance eligibility, background checks, and fingerprinting may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business requirements.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments of Dynamics 365 updates.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize production solutions while documenting technical designs and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship, residence in the continental United States, successful background check, and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
• Experience with Azure Functions, data migration, ETL, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
