ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance (Business Central) (Finance ERP support): Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance users across a multi-country environment with an accent on AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and tax processes. Focus on analyzing incidents, guiding users through standard functionality, documenting solutions, and supporting the rollout across 50+ countries.
Location: Madrid, hybrid; home-office friendly with possible travel across company markets.

What you will do
- Provide L1/L2 functional support to Finance users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Analyze user questions and incidents to determine whether issues relate to processes, data, setup, or system functionality.
- Support Finance processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and taxes.
- Own support requests through resolution or appropriate escalation and document solutions.
- Create self-service materials, knowledge-base content, training documentation, and support automation.
- Support user onboarding, training, Business Central rollout, adoption, and process improvement across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant ERP, application support, or functional consulting experience.
- Previous functional ERP support experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of business processes, with Finance and accounting knowledge highly desirable.
- English at C1 level or above is mandatory.
