Operations Client Partner

Salary: RSD 2,000,000–2,500,000 per year

What you will do

• Build trusted client relationships and support a positive client experience.
• Manage operational requests, investigations, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Lead client meetings covering operational performance, delivery timelines, risks, and progress.
• Advise clients on operational processes, data delivery, capabilities, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and client-facing teams across regions and countries.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, operations, customer support, account management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
