Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: Predominantly remote via telehealth; Pennsylvania PMHNP licensure required. Future in-person consultations may be possible.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year, plus commission.

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments covering mental health, medical history, and risk analysis.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Use evidence-based protocols and diagnostic tools to support responsible prescribing, including controlled substances.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through telehealth and collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinical professionals.
• Participate in peer case reviews, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania.
• ANCC board certification as a PMHNP.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least one year of professional PMHNP experience and a commitment to a minimum one-year tenure.
• Comfort providing remote telehealth care and using electronic health record systems.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, medication management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
