Payment and Monetization Product Leader (FinTech)

Location: Amsterdam Office, hybrid. Remote work is available for a maximum of four weeks per calendar year.

What you will do

• Own the complete flow of money, from signup, KYB/KYC, payment profiles, and login through traveler payments, supplier payouts, and financial operations.
• Build and scale payment products supporting 40+ currencies, 30+ payment methods, competitive local rates, and payment-related upsell opportunities such as travel insurance.
• Develop supplier payout capabilities, including virtual cards, supplier discovery, and a supplier booking marketplace.
• Lead the AI-assisted financial OS experience, including currency-level wallets, visibility into money movement, and a travel-specific back-office platform.
• Guide PSP and vendor orchestration, a real-time payment ledger, security and compliance foundations, and risk management for $10B+ in annual volume.
• Lead product, design, engineering, and GTM teams while partnering with the CEO, COO, and leadership team on strategy, commercial decisions, and risk and compliance.

Requirements

• Exceptional product leadership and hands-on product management experience with a GM mindset.
• More than a decade of broad FinTech product and company-building experience across most aspects of payments and financial products.
• Experience managing both 0-to-1 initiatives and products at large scale.
• Ability to optimize growth, margin, risk, and compliance in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Experience making board-level strategic decisions and managing high-performance teams.
• Travel FinTech experience is helpful but not required.
